Problems with Grey Boxes

 

If you are having problem with the Tour Information Form’s grey boxes and you cannot add info or you have any other problems, you should ‘get rid’ of the grey boxes and have total editorial control of the Tour Information Form, you can change columns, headings, etc. etc.  

HOW TO GET RID OF THE GREY BOXES: (any existing text in the grey boxes will be kept)-

Word XP or 2003:

Go to Tools>Unprotect> OK (there is no password)

Click an area off one of the grey boxes (perhaps on the side of the white page)

Press CTRL+A  (this should select all of the text & boxes on the form and turn them blue (selected))

Press CTRL+SHIFT+F9 (all together)

Word 2007

Go to Review> Protect document> Stop Protection> OK (there is no password)

Click an area off one of the grey boxes (perhaps on the side of the white page)

Press CTRL+A  (this should select all of the text & boxes on the form and turn them blue (selected))

Press CTRL+SHIFT+F9 (all together)

The Tour Information Form will not print

 

Once filled in the Tour Information Form can be over 1MB in size so some old printers may struggle to print it quickly. Have patience it can take up to 5-10 mins to print on old printers. Failing that, email it to us and we can get a copy printed here and set back to the client.
