The Tour Information Form is the only form that you need to fill in to let us know everything you want to do on your form. It has 5 elements and should take only a short while to complete if you have all of the information to hand. The 5 elements you will need to have to hand are:
- Your details and your school’s details,
- Your final numbers (a declaration of how many people are travelling),
- Your passenger list – names, ages, gender and any special dietary or other requirements,
- Your programme,
- Your emergency contact’s details.
