In order to meet your booking requirements, we do need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include, where necessary, the names, address and age of group members, payment details and special requirements such any disabilities or medical condition or religious requirements which may affect the chosen arrangements and any dietary restrictions which may disclose the religious beliefs of you or your group members. We take it that you have permission from your group members to pass on their personal details to us.

Wyvern Schooltours Ltd and its subsidiary Wyvern Transport Ltd have the need to pass on personal information to our suppliers in order to process your tour(e.g. to hotel, other suppliers). Such companies and organisations may be outside the European Union if your tour involves suppliers outside these countries.

We would also like to store and use your personal details for future marketing purposes (for example, sending you a brochure or details of a promotion).

If however, you do not want us to do any or all of these things, please let us know as early as possible. We are entitled to take it that you and the rest of your party do not object to our doing any of the things mentioned in this statement unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
