Set in an old merchant’s house destroyed in WW1 and used to make Nazi uniforms in WW2 it has great character and is wonderfully suited to school groups.
This school hotel is situated in the centre of Ypres. Destroyed and rebuilt after WW2 it has undergone a further transformation in recent years and has been re-born as a school hotel. Very well suited to school groups it caters for their every need by supplying both teachers and adults with what they want from internet terminals to games rooms. The accommodation is very clean and tidy and every room is different which adds to the charm. There is a teacher’s lounge situated just off from the students’ entertainment area on the ground floor and a large enclosed garden at the back. One enticing aspect of this accommodation is that if your group is over 70 persons in total you get the whole building for your own group.
