From initial contact with us, you are allocated a dedicated destination-specific specialist Tour Manager in our office who has responsibility for all liaison with you to ensure the smooth planning and administration of your tour. Your Tour Manager has in-depth knowledge of the region to be visited and is your direct point of contact at all times.
Our experienced Tour Managers are here to help you choose the programme most suited to your needs and to provide the best possible information, advice and assistance for a successful tour.
We provide free resource packs for leaders. These packs provide safety, tour and excursion information. Also included is a Michelin Green Guide or similar guidebook for your chosen destination. Students' payment cards are available on request. Resource information for leaders is designed to help you plan your programme and make the most of the area you are to visit. We are always pleased to research your programme ideas and to advise you.
