Ver-sur-Mer

A Centre d’Accueil in a quiet village between Arromanches and Courseulles, 300 metres from Gold Beach. Approximately 100 beds, some rooms with en-suite facilities, in two buildings.

Extremely popular centre. Friendly atmosphere and spacious accommodation. Good for groups wanting a smaller venue. Early booking recommended.


Bernières-sur-Mer

A Maison Familiale set in private walled grounds in a small coastal village. Approximately 100 beds (each room with washbasins, en-suite showers and toilets) and separate dining room block. Short walk to local shops and sandy beach.

Grandcamp-Maisy

Two Centres d’Accueil (120 and 90 beds respectively) set 50 metres apart in an attractive fishing port, equidistant from Caen and Cherbourg. Accommodation faces the beach, close to shops and harbour.

Excellent location for programme of activities in Manche and Calvados. Basic accommodation, good for larger groups looking for sole occupancy.


Courseulles-sur-Mer

A Centre d’Accueil just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and beach. Approximately 110 beds in three buildings, each room with washbasin and shower. Meals are served at table in the dining room on the ground floor of the main building.

  • ’salle polyvalente’ suitable for discos
  • large grassed playing field

Easy pedestrian access to town of Courseulles. Extensive grounds for outdoor recreation.


Merville-Franceville

A modern, well-equipped accommodation centre in a quiet location overlooking wide sandy beach, in small coastal village, approximately 15 minutes west of Ouistreham. Approximately 250 beds in 70 en-suite rooms. Open from February to December.

  • organised activity for groups arranged every evening by centre staff

High standard accommodation with superb facilities. Early booking essential.


Thury-Harcourt

Beautifully renovated farmhouse and two former barns set in extensive grounds with own woodland, in the heart of Suisse Normande. Most rooms have mezzanine and own shower, some also have own toilet facilities. Meals are cooked on site and currently served in the dining room.

  • Small bar/meeting area adjoining dining room

  • ‘salle de spectacle’ and bar area next to new dining room (from 2007)

Extremely welcoming and personal centre; Director is a qualified VTT instructor. Highly recommended venue.
